About the Author
During his lifetime Ironside was one of the most well-known preachers and teachers in the world. He was pastor of the Moody Church in Chicago from 1929 to 1948, which was founded by D. L. Moody and has since had such head pastors as Alan Redpath and Warren W. Wiersbe. He was a prolific writer and his works include: 'The Four Hundred Silent Years', 'Letters to a Roman Catholic', 'Lectures on Daniel the Prophet', 'A Historical Sketch of the Brethren Movement', 'The Minor Prophets', 'Revelation', 'Daniel' among others.

Proofreader Needed

Good reprinting of an informative book, but the text of this print-on-demand edition is badly in need of proof reading. Far too many misspelled or misplaced words, numbers in place of letters, etc. I get the impression that the text was OCR scanned and then left as is.

Good read. Solid teaching.

Great book. Very informative. quick read. I personally didn't find problems with the text as the former reviewer did. Seems the text was fixed. I love the cover too. I just wish the publisher gave us a clue as to what those works are and how they relate to the book. I can guess... I recommendd anything by Ironside. Always a good read. Solid teaching.
